Crisis Response:

  • Oversaw review of emergency department operations to ensure EMTALA compliance
  • Prepared plans of correction in response to state and federal statements of deficiency received by client, and developed policies and replicable processes for addressing future citations
  • Guided not-for-profit board through independent institutional investigations of allegations by former senior managers alleging legal violations
